Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward The work The SailPoint Engineer will lead application onboarding and integration efforts for a SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation. This role combines handsu2011on SailPoint development with ownership of onboarding activities from intake through design, build, testing, and production readiness. The engineer will collaborate closely with application owners and technical teams, ensuring scalable identity integration patterns and consistent delivery across connected and disconnected applications. This position requires strong technical depth, clear communication skills, and the ability to drive a workstream with minimal oversight. Key responsibilities: u2022 Lead the full lifecycle of application onboarding for SailPoint ISC u2022 Design and configure SailPoint integrations, workflows, roles, and access policies u2022 Partner with application teams to define onboarding approaches, including ServiceNowu2011based manual fulfillment u2022 Conduct and coordinate endu2011tou2011end testing, troubleshoot integration issues, and validate results u2022 Develop documentation, SOPs, and reusable onboarding templates u2022 Contribute to Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning and JIRA tracking Hereu2019s what you need: u2022 5+ years of handsu2011on SailPoint experience (ISC or IIQ), including application onboarding u2022 Strong SailPoint development skills: workflows, connectors, rules, roles, policies u2022 Excellent communication skills for working with technical and nonu2011technical stakeholders u2022 Experience with testing support, validation, and resolving integration issues u2022 Ability to independently lead a workstream, remove blockers, and own delivery Nice to have: u2022 Experience with ServiceNow integrations or compliance frameworks (SOX, CMMC) u2022 Experience working within Agile teams u2022 SailPoint certifications Eligibility requirements: u2022 US Citizen (no dual citizenship) As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
