This role focuses on optimizing endu2011tou2011end Sourceu2011tou2011Contract and Procureu2011tou2011Pay processes through process redesign, digital enablement, automation, and datau2011driven insights. The Director partners closely with Procurement leadership, TD&O, Technology, Data, and Operations teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, enhance user experience, and deliver measurable business value. While digital tools are leveraged where appropriate, the primary emphasis of the role is operational effectiveness, process discipline, regulatory alignment, and sustainable execution within a highly regulated environment. Procurement & AP Operations Transformation u2022 Lead modernization initiatives across sourcing, contracting, buying channels, invoicing, and supplier engagement. u2022 Design and execute a multiu2011year roadmap to simplify procurement and accounts payable processes, reduce manual effort, and improve cycle times. u2022 Standardize workflows and operating practices to enhance scalability, resiliency, and consistency across the enterprise. Digital Enablement u2022 Partner with TD&O and Technology teams to implement digital solutions that improve workflow routing, exception handling, and realu2011time status visibility. u2022 Enhance contract lifecycle management, renewal tracking, document retrieval, and approval workflows through systemu2011based controls. u2022 Support the adoption of digital capabilities that improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Intakeu2011tou2011Pay Orchestration u2022 Improve the procurement intake experience by strengthening request routing, prioritization, and orchestration. u2022 Ensure purchasing processes are intuitive, compliant, and transparent for internal stakeholders. u2022 Reduce dependency on manual support models by improving selfu2011service capabilities and knowledge access. Data, Reporting & Insights u2022 Strengthen procurement data foundations across key objects, including suppliers, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and receipts. u2022 Enhance operational reporting, dashboards, and KPIs related to efficiency, compliance, savings, and working capital. u2022 Translate operational data into actionable insights for Procurement leadership and business partners. Risk, Controls & Governance u2022 Ensure procurement modernization efforts align with regulatory requirements, data privacy expectations, , and thirdu2011party governance policies. u2022 Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to maintain strong controls and audit readiness. u2022 Support governance reviews related to process and system changes impacting procurement operations. Stakeholder Partnership & Change Management u2022 Act as a key liaison between Procurement, TD&O, Technology, Data, Operations, and Risk partners. u2022 Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new processes and tools. u2022 Influence senior leaders and business partners to align on priorities, sequencing, and value realization. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Deep knowledge of endu2011tou2011end Sourceu2011tou2011Contract and Procureu2011tou2011Pay processes and operating models. 3. Proven experience leading largeu2011scale procurement or finance modernization initiatives. 4. Strong understanding of procurement platforms (e.g., Ariba or comparable systems), RPA, and reporting/analytics tools. 5. Demonstrated ability to lead crossu2011functional teams and influence stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and Operations. 6. Strong analytical and problemu2011solving skills, with the ability to translate data into business decisions. 7. Bacheloru2019s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Technology, Data, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: 1. MBA or advanced degree. 2. 10+ years of relevant leadership experience. 3. Experience operating in a highly regulated environment, such as financial services. 4. Experience defining, tracking, and reporting KPIs tied to operational efficiency, savings, compliance, and control outcomes.
