The Senior Relationship Manager is a high-impact, client-facing role responsible for driving new business, deepening existing relationships, and delivering profitable growth across a portfolio of complex, mission-driven organizations. HENFP is purpose-built for this market: our teams bring specialized coverage and solutions to not-for-profit healthcare (hospitals, health systems, and insurance providers), private higher education, and large nonprofits/NGOs. The clients youu2019ll cover are sophisticated institutions with annual revenues starting at $50MM and no upper limit, including some of the largest organizations in the country Job Description: The Relationship Manager is responsible for providing advice and valuable financial solutions to complex Global Commercial Banking clients and prospects. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact or trusted advisor and acquiring, deepening, and maintaining profitable relationships, collaborating with teammates, and facilitating client relationships with Product Specialists. Job expectations include having knowledge of the bank's products and services in order to identify cross-selling opportunities and increase overall client satisfaction. Responsibilities: u2022 Manages an extensive portfolio of HENFP clients and prospects with annual revenues of $50 million and above to help companies save, borrow, and invest for their current and future needs u2022 Acquires, deepens, and maintains profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and enhancing existing relationships u2022 Understands and interprets financial and cash flow statements to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trends u2022 Collaborates with domestic and international teammates throughout the bank, including Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management and facilitates client relationships with Product Specialists in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services in order to design and deliver financial solutions to clients and prospects u2022 Leads and facilitates dialogue with a variety of complex clients and prospects regarding topics such as the client and prospect industry, alternative capital structures, and general business issues u2022 Coaches and mentors peers, while utilizing leadership skills u2022 Adapts to changes in sales practices and broader market and industry conditions as needed Skills: + Client Management + Client Solutions Advisory + Prospecting + Relationship Building + Risk Management + Financial Analysis + Leadership Development + Project Management + Referral Identification + Sales Performance Management + Business Development + Client Experience Branding + Continuous Improvement + Data and Trend Analysis + Pipeline Management Required Qualifications: u2022 10+ yearsu2019 experience in broad based commercial lending/corporate finance/relationship management experience u2022 Demonstrates management capability of an extensive portfolio of Healthcare, Education and NFP clients with revenues greater than $50 million. u2022 Proven track record of prospecting new business, enhancing existing relationships and closing profitable transactions. u2022 Professional proven sales skills and experience, including planning, execution and follow up of client meetings. u2022 Strong corporate finance, capital markets and accounting acumen. u2022 Financial modeling experience and the completion of a formal credit training preferred. u2022 Outstanding oral and written communication skills. u2022 Demonstrated leadership ability. u2022 Capable of organizing, facilitating, leading and negotiating with a team of bank associates to solve client problems. u2022 Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 & 63 (Must obtain SIE, series 7 & 63 license within 180 days of start date) Desired Skills: u2022 Undergraduate degree in related field or equivalent work experience. MBA desirable. u2022 Existing knowledge of the market preferred. u2022 Active member/participation in local community organizations. u2022 Highly desirable to have active networking contacts and Centers of Influence established in market. u2022 Desire to work in a specialty team with an interest in Healthcare, Education & NFP institutions.
