Workday Systems Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an IT Application Specialist - Workday to join their team. As an IT Application Specialist - Workday, you will be part of the IT department supporting the HR and Finance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a collaborative attitude, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: IT Application Specialist - Workday Location: Raleigh, North Carolina - hybrid Pay Range: $38/hr What's the Job? + Build and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio and EIB tools. + Develop and maintain low-code/no-code solutions within the Workday ecosystem. + Coordinate system changes, upgrades, and deployments in collaboration with IT and business teams. + Document functional and technical requirements, workflows, and system processes. + Provide Tier 3 support for production systems and monitor existing integrations. What's Needed? + Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Data Analysis, or related fields. + At least 2 years of relevant experience working with Workday Studio and EIB integrations. + Experience developing new and supporting existing Studio and Core Connection integrations. + Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. + Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
