Job Category Engineering Division Intralox Job Description (General Summary) Intralox, L.L.C. is seeking an Equipment Application Engineer to support retrofit solutions for material handling systems in the parcel logistics and e-commerce markets. This role focuses on engineering application support during the qualification and quotation phases, partnering with customers and internal teams to develop effective, well-scoped retrofit and upgrade solutions. Job Responsibilities and Requirements Responsibilities: + Support projects from opportunity discovery through quotation. + Partner with account teams to understand customer challenges and define optimized system solutions. + Interpret customer requirements and recommend appropriate system scope. + Develop layout drawings, cost estimates, and technical risk assessments. + Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to deliver complete solutions. + Present technical concepts and proposals using CAD and simulation tools. + Support customer visits, troubleshooting efforts, and training activities. + Drive continuous improvement through customer feedback and field insights. Requirements: + Bacheloru2019s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related discipline. + 3u20135 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably within material handling or conveyor systems. + Strong customer-facing and communication skills. + Proven analytical and hands-on problem-solving ability. + Experience with CAD software. + Ability to travel up to 30% (domestically and internationally), including occasional weekends. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience designing automated material handling systems or equipment. + Experience with electrical controls or controls-related retrofit projects. The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans Salary Range $68,300 to $162,200.
