Master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.Certifications: Active Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification required. Must be maintained throughout employment.Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible program and project management experience. At least seven (7) years must involve direct management of high-voltage transmission line and/or substation EPC projects in a federal or large utility environment. Prior experience working directly with Bonneville Power Administration, including familiarity with BPA contracting vehicles, design standards, ProjectWise, and field operations, is required.Must be a US citizenWilling to be located in the Portland OR/ Vancouver WA area (bare minimum willing to travel to be there ~1-2 weeks per month)Preferred Requirements: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent task orders under federal IDIQ contracts. Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS, earned value management, and Primavera P6. Ability to obtain and maintain federal security credentials as required.
