Being part of this team and helping them be successful is its own reward! The Operations Coordinator will work directly with the Operations team in support of employees, clients, and operations team members. Handling critical tasks from simple to complex, the selected team member will do so with an eye towards detail and excellence.Conduct safety and quality inspections, identifying risks and ensuring service standards are metTrack and maintain KPI reports, including safety, staffing, and client feedback metricsCoordinate work orders and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-upManage schedules, staffing calendars, and operational planning toolsProvide day-to-day administrative support (email, scheduling, meetings, documentation)Partner with Operations to support client relationships and escalate issues as neededSupport recruiting and onboarding, including interview scheduling, badging, and new hire coordinationAssist with QBR reporting, weekly meetings, and presentationsMaintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company and client standardsSupport reporting and billing processes, including HRIS data tracking and headcount updatesPerform other duties as assignedHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum 2 years of administrative or operations support experience (preferred in a fast-paced or client-facing environment)Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and follow through on tasksExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindsetAbility to work independently onsite (Monday-Friday) while collaborating with cross-functional teamsExperience supporting reporting, scheduling, and documentation (KPI tracking a plus)Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalismBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredA friendly, respectful, energetic corporate culture that will allow you to thrive.Work in an environment where you can see the difference you make daily!Competitive hourly pay.Paid time off includes vacation, sick, holidays, bereavement, and jury duty.Health benefits (medical/dental/vision)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
