QUALIFICATIONS u2022 A high school graduate or equivalent preferred. u2022 Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques preferred. u2022 Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills. u2022 Must have effective interpersonal and organizational skills. u2022 Desire and ability to lead and manage a team. u2022 Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
