HVACR Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the retail and facilities management industry, is seeking an HVAC/R Technician to join their team. As an HVAC/R Technician , you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Mobile HVAC/R Technician Location: Cleveland, OH Pay: $37-$40/hr. What's the Job? + Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities. + Ensure equipment is maintained in an energy-efficient and safe manner, minimizing downtime through proactive repairs and record-keeping. + Perform inspections and repairs on interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems. + Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment across HVAC and refrigeration systems, demonstrating technical expertise and multi-skilled capabilities. + Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to document work performed and update work order statuses in real time. What's Needed? + Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment). + Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance. + Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or supermarket refrigeration systems. + Valid state driveru2019s license and willingness to perform call-in work as needed. + Ability to study and familiarize oneself with various equipment and operational methods.
