Machine Operator opening in Franklin, OH Job Title: Die Cutter Helper (Machine Operator) Division: Packaging Department: Converting Status: Hourly Supervisor: Production Supervisor Pay: $20.63 PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION The die cutter helper operates the die cutting machine to cut out parts to a specified size and shape. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES u00b7 Carry out production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties u00b7 Read and verify line orders/dockets u00b7 Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available u00b7 Effectively monitor production equipment u00b7 Complete daily production paperwork u00b7 Maintain a clean and safe work area u00b7 Follow established safety rules and regulations u00b7 Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS u00b7 High School Diploma or GED preferred. u00b7 Mechanical aptitude u00b7 Must be capable of standing for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. u00b7 Must have basic computer and math skills. u00b7 Must be able to read and comprehend Basic English.
