Production Associate

Weekly pay - 4 day work weeks 18-22/hr 1st shift -Multiple openings- forklift, machine operating, assembly. ufeffJob Title: Production Associate Job Description Join our team as a Production Associate in either our Rough Mill or Assembly area, where you will play an integral role in the manufacturing process of high-quality drawer boxes and cabinet components. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic environment. Responsibilities + Work in a variety of tasks within the Rough Mill, including processing and assembling components to build drawer boxes. + Operate machinery such as saws and planers to cut and shape wood pieces according to order specifications. + Assist board graders in organizing boards for customer jobs and ensure proper sorting and staging for shipping. + Enter part numbers into the computer and manage the packaging process, including bubble wrapping and staging finished products. + Line up incoming rough-cut wood on the conveyor system for further processing, ensuring quality and consistency by measuring and sorting boards as needed. + In the Assembly area, process boards and prepare cabinet components by clamping, gluing, and nailing parts together following precise training guidelines. Essential Skills + Ability to read a tape measure accurately. + Previous production experience. + Strong multitasking skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High school diploma required. + Experience with assembly, sanding, glazing, and working in a production environment is beneficial. Why Work Here?
