Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in High Point, North Carolina. This is a Contract to long-term position, offering the opportunity to transition into an ongoing role with our organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing comprehensive bookkeeping tasks and demonstrate proficiency in financial software. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee and manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. u2022 Perform timely and accurate bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. u2022 Maintain and organize financial records to support seamless reporting and audits. u2022 Prepare and analyze financial statements to assist in decision-making processes. u2022 Utilize QuickBooks or similar software to track and record financial transactions. u2022 Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations. u2022 Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and improve financial operations. u2022 Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to management. u2022 Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts as needed. u2022 Address and resolve any issues related to bookkeeping and accounting processes. Requirements u2022 Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role. u2022 Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. u2022 Proficiency in QuickBooks or comparable accounting software. u2022 Demonstrated ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations. u2022 Familiarity with financial statement preparation and analysis. u2022 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. u2022 Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations. u2022 Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
