Responsibilities + Performs maintenance and trouble-shooting functions on all warehousing equipment in an independent and effective manner + Maintains and trouble-shoots plant utility systems including fire protection, water, electrical, air, and vacuum as applicable + Understands shop maintenance, parts inventory, parts ordering, and plant reporting systems + Performs routine forklift repairs + Maintains batteries and related equipment + Perfoms routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) and maintains records of repairs + If required, provides training, including aspects of safety, quality, sanitation, and efficiency of packaging/warehouse equipment, for operations associates + Additional duties as assigned, overtime as needed _Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
