Buyer, Power Electronics (EV/Hybrid Systems) As Ford accelerates its transition to an all-electric future, the Global Supply Manager will play a pivotal role in purchasing the critical components that power our EV revolution. This position focuses on delivering excellence for Fordu2019s Hybrid and Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) programs. You will manage complex global relationships, interacting with suppliers in North America and beyond, while collaborating with internal teams across North America, Europe, China, and our joint ventures (CAF and Ford Otosan). This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
