Packager / Machine Operator u2013 Medical Device Location: Monument, CO About the Role We are hiring dependable and detail-oriented Packagers / Machine Operators to join our cleanroom medical device manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate production and packaging equipment to create high-quality medical nails and screws used in life-improving procedures. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to develop long-term skills and grow within the medical device industry. Shifts & Pay + 1st Shift: 5:30am u2013 2:00pm $17.00/hr + 2nd Shift: 1:15pm u2013 9:45pm $18.70/hr + 3rd Shift: 10:00pm u2013 6:30am $19.55/hr Our facility is designed with employee safety, comfort, and productivity in mind while upholding strict medical device quality standards. Key Responsibilities + Operate manufacturing machines used in the production of medical nails and screws + Load metal rods into machinery; perform lifting, bending, and standing tasks + Package finished medical devices within an ISO 8/9 cleanroom + Operate packaging and labeling equipment + Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet required specifications + Follow all cleanroom, safety, and quality control procedures What Weu2019re Looking For + General production or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required + Ability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment + Strong attention to detail + Ability to stand throughout 8-hour shift This is an entry-level role with clear opportunities for growth and advancement.
