What Youu2019ll Do The Senior Manager, Cloud Production Engineering is a senior people leader responsible for driving execution excellence and operational rigor across a globally distributed production engineering organization. This role leads managers and senior engineers, owns delivery outcomes for critical cloud services, and partners crossu2011functionally to translate strategy into predictable, highu2011quality execution. _Delivery & Execution Ownership_ + Own delivery of complex, crossu2011functional cloud production initiatives with high organizational visibility. + Establish and run a consistent operating rhythm covering intake, prioritization, planning, execution tracking, and delivery validation. + Ensure commitments are met with predictable timelines, clear ownership, and disciplined followu2011through. _Operational Excellence & Governance_ + Drive production readiness, operational standards, and delivery governance across the portfolio. + Identify systemic execution or operational gaps and sponsor improvement initiatives to increase reliability, scalability, and efficiency. + Reduce operational toil and manual effort through process improvement and automationu2011first thinking. _Crossu2011Functional Leadership_ + Act as a senior partner to engineering, architecture, and operations teams to ensure solutions are designed and delivered holistically. + Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies through concise, executiveu2011ready updates to senior stakeholders. + Influence decisions across organizational boundaries while maintaining strong delivery accountability. _People Leadership & Organization Management_ + Directly manage a global services engineering organization across the U.S. and India, including managers, technical leads, and senior engineers. + Set clear expectations, provide coaching and performance feedback, and support career development and succession planning. + Build an accountable, executionu2011focused culture aligned to senior manager leadership expectations. Who Youu2019ll Work With You will partner closely with Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, Architecture, and crossu2011functional engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and productionu2011ready cloud services. You will operate with senior stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment, transparency, and accountability across the delivery lifecycle. What Makes You a Qualified Candidate + 8+ years of experience in cloud production engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or largeu2011scale services engineering. + 3+ years of experience as a people manager , including managing managers and globally distributed teams. + Demonstrated success leading complex delivery programs and operational initiatives with minimal supervision. + Strong judgment and problemu2011solving skills applied to highu2011impact, ambiguous delivery and operational challenges. What Youu2019ll Bring + Experience operating at Senior Manager scope with responsibility for organizational outcomes, not just teamu2011level execution. + Background in cloud platforms (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and production engineering operating models. + Proven track record of driving continuous improvement, operational stability, and service reliability at scale. Pay Rate: 156400.0000 - 195600.0000 - 234700.0000 Annually Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on geographic location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and candidate experience. Sales roles will be eligible for commission payments tied to quota achievement. All other permanent roles will be eligible for one of our annual incentive plans, which are based on company financial attainment and individual performance.
