For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: Job Summary: The E15 Manager, Strategy & Analytics, will lead the delivery of data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for the Baltimore Oriolesu2019 hospitality operations (branded as Brick & Whistle Food Co.) at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Working closely with E15, Levyu2019s Vice President of Hospitality, and the Oriolesu2019 Strategy & Analytics and Finance teams, this role will transform data into actionable strategies that enhance the fan experience and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who blends analytical rigor with business acumen, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys collaborating across teams to shape hospitality innovation. Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership & Insights Delivery u00b7 Serve as the primary analytics liaison between E15, Levy, and the Baltimore Orioles, aligning on hospitality and fan experience strategy. u00b7 Develop deep knowledge of stadium operations, including venue layout, technology, and guest flow. u00b7 Deliver strategic recommendations that improve guest satisfaction, operational performance, and profitability. Analytics & Reporting: u00b7 Design and implement pricing, product mix, placement, and promotion strategies for concessions and premium spaces. u00b7 Create and maintain dashboards, reports, heat maps, and presentations that inform operator and partner decisions. u00b7 Present post-event performance reviews, articulating insights and opportunities for future events. u00b7 Analyze survey data, including MLB Voice of the Customer feedback, to identify trends and actionable insights. u00b7 Measure sponsorship performance and share relevant insights with Orioles leadership. Job Summary Innovation & Operational Optimization: u00b7 Leverage AI, consumer insights, and emerging technologies to advance hospitality excellence. u00b7 Analyze labor models, cost of sales, and other financial metrics to identify efficiency opportunities. u00b7 Manage or execute ad-hoc analytical projects supporting business priorities. Ideal Qualifications: u00b7 Bacheloru2019s or Masteru2019s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. u00b7 2u20134 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or other quantitative, client-facing roles. u00b7 Advanced Excel proficiency, including financial modeling (ROI and P&L). u00b7 Experience using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, R, or Python for data analysis and visualization. u00b7 Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings for non-technical audiences. u00b7 Familiarity with survey analysis and hospitality or food service operations preferred. u00b7 Collaborative, self-starting attitude with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Expectations: This role will require on-site work at Oriole Park. Attendance at all major events is expected.
