Our client, a leader in the engineering and data center industry, is seeking a Data Center Technical Operations Engineer u2013 Facility to join their team. As an Operations Engineer, you will be part of the team supporting critical infrastructure management and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency, which will align successfully in the organization. High Voltage Data Center Technician / Facilities Engineer Location: Sparks, NV Pay: Negotiable Our client is a leader in the data center and critical facilities industry and is looking for an experienced Data Center Facilities / High Voltage Technician to support operations in a missionu2011critical environment. This is a handsu2011on role focused on electrical and critical infrastructure maintenance , ideal for technicians with solid data center or critical facilities experience. What Youu2019ll Do + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical facility systems + Support and maintain highu2011voltage electrical systems , including: + UPS systems + PDUs & power distribution + Switchgear + Standby generators + Monitor and respond to alarms, incidents, and system issues + Follow electrical safety procedures (LOTO, NFPA 70E practices) + Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal operations teams + Maintain logs, reports, and basic facility documentation + Support facility upgrades and improvement projects as needed What Weu2019re Looking For + 4+ years of handsu2011on data center or critical facilities experience + Experience with highu2011voltage power systems , UPS, PDUs, and switchgear + Strong understanding of electrical safety and operational procedures + Ability to work in a fastu2011paced, 24/7 missionu2011critical environment Nice to Have (Not Required) + HVAC or mechanical systems experience (chillers, CRAC/CRAH, cooling) + Journeyman electrical background (or equivalent experience) + Military, trade school, or technical training background Interview / Hiring Process No direct client interviews 1.
