The Audiology Technician provides support to the Practice by answering patient questions in-person via phone, email or electronic medical record, conducting patient intake, performing hearing aid adjustments, cleaning and repairs, maintaining cochlear and hearing aid inventory, and performing office support duties.KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREDHigh school diploma or equivalent, AND two (2) years of experience with audiology operations, including inventory selection, marketing, and coordinating public events, OR An equivalent combination of training and experience.Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERREDTwo (2) years of experience as an Audiology Technician.
