Job Description The Escrow Review Specialist supports the Centralized Escrow Accounting organization within the Enterprise Payment Verification Services team. This role is responsible for reviewing escrow wire packages to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established criteria prior to wire release. As a key quality control function, the Escrow Review Specialist evaluates wire packages, assigns them to defined review tiers, and escalates items as needed to support proper verification, compliance, and risk mitigation. Primary Responsibilities include: u2022 Review escrow wire packages to confirm they meet established requirements, controls, and verification standards prior to funding. u2022 Assign wire packages to the appropriate review tier: u2003u25cb Tier 1: Complete and accurate; approved to proceed with wire release u2003u25cb Tier 2: Requires additional verification by a Verification Specialist u2003u25cb Tier 3: Requires escalation for managerial review u2022 Perform accurate data entry and documentation of review decisions and outcomes in designated systems. u2022 Identify missing information, discrepancies, or potential risks and escalate appropriately. u2022 Adhere to documented procedures, internal controls, and service-level expectations to support timely wire processing. u2022 Partner with Verification Specialists, managers, and escrow/accounting teams to resolve issues efficiently. u2022 Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Comply with all confidentiality, compliance, and escrow wire transaction standards. Basic understanding of risk awareness and escalation protocols.
