Description We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our legal team in Dallas, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to engage in diverse aspects of litigation, supporting attorneys through every stage of the legal process. You will play a crucial part in ensuring efficient case management and high-quality legal documentation. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage casework throughout all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation investigations, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and post-trial procedures. u2022 Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, responses, and correspondence, adhering to federal and state court guidelines. u2022 Organize and oversee document production, review, and indexing in both electronic and physical formats. u2022 Maintain case calendars, track deadlines, and manage court appearance schedules and filing requirements. u2022 Assist in depositions, prepare witnesses, and coordinate trial logistics, including the creation of trial binders and exhibits. u2022 Conduct thorough legal and factual research, including cite-checking and database analysis. u2022 Serve as a liaison with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and external vendors to ensure smooth communication and coordination. u2022 Prepare trial materials, demonstrative exhibits, and witness lists to support court proceedings. u2022 Support attorneys with settlement documentation, appellate filings, and post-trial matters. u2022 Ensure compliance with firm policies regarding document retention, confidentiality, and file integrity.
