As a Digital Product Manager Sr. within PNCu2019s MarTech and Digital Experience organization, you will play a key role in shaping the future of u2014our enterprise digital storefront. This role may be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Birmingham, AL. The position serves as a strategic digital experience leader and Retail Banking representative during our endeavor to continue to transform as best in class digital platform for our clients. What Youu2019ll Do: You will act as a strategic partner for between our MarTech team and Retail Banking, helping guide how consumer banking experiences are envisioned, designed, and delivered on . Working closely with Marketing, Design, Technology, Line of Business partners and digital agency, you will focus on defining what experiences should be built and why, ensuring alignment with customer needs and enterprise strategy. You will contribute to the reimagining of PNCu2019s digital experiences and the underlying capabilities that power them, helping shape decisions during updates to and the ongoing evolution of the platform. Key Responsibilities: u2022Represent Retail Banking throughout the discovery, planning, and design of enhancements. u2022Partner with Marketing and Line of Business leaders to: o Identify strategic and scalable use cases for digital experiences and personalization. o Ensure Retail priorities are clearly articulated and reflected in enterprise digital decisions. o Identify competitive gaps that can be closed u2022Translate business objectives into endu2011tou2011end digital journeys, guiding and identifying how Adobe Experience Manager delivers meaningful, personalized experiences. u2022Collaborate with Design and Development teams to ensure digital experiences deliver on strategic intent, not just functional requirements. u2022Apply design thinking, testu2011andu2011learn methodologies, and performance analytics to evaluate experience effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. u2022Leverage customer insights, analytics, and market trends to inform recommendations and influence experience roadmaps. u2022Facilitate intake, briefing, and alignment conversations, ensuring clarity across a diverse set of stakeholders. u2022Ensure digital experiences meet operational, regulatory, and risk requirements in partnership with governance teams and can be executed at scale. Leading Candidates Will Have: u2022Experience in digital marketing, digital product management, or experience strategy. u2022Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and the broader Adobe ecosystem. u2022Experience leading or contributing to crossu2011functional initiatives spanning design, technology, and business partners. u2022Comfort using data and insights to make informed, strategic recommendations. u2022Experience supporting or participating in largeu2011scale digital transformations. Job Description + Supports and executes digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices. + Completes analysis of digital experience trends, and third party requirements as necessary, in support of the development of new and existing digital experiences. Supports business case development. + Makes effective recommendations for the development and design of new and existing digital experiences. Supports & manages the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences. + Partners with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goals. Participates in product-specific marketing initiatives. As part of the first line of defense, supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs. + Supports business results of recently introduced or existing digital experiences, coordinates reporting, and effectively recommends modifications to improve results. Education Bachelors Certifications No Required Certification(s) Licenses No Required License(s) Pay Transparency Base Salary: $55,000.00 u2013 $125,925.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
