Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward The work You will lead the S/4HANA Plan to Stock (P2S) Functional Business Process capability for the organization. Develops and implements an integrated S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solution design, encompassing the entire lifecycle from demand forecasting and master scheduling to production execution and quality management. The SAP P2S Lead works with key stakeholders to understand requirements, design business processes for lean manufacturing and inventory optimization, and provide S/4HANA P2S technology solutions. You will lead the build and ongoing maintenance of the process capability. Key responsibilities: + Lead and coordinate functional team activities across Demand Management, MRP, Production Planning (PP), and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) workstreams + Provide guidance and direction to the functional team, ensuring alignment with MRP Live performance and real-time inventory visibility within the Universal Journal + Oversee the implementation of SAP P2S solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements for production throughput, lead-time reduction, and shop-floor efficiency + Collaborate with stakeholders (Production Managers and Supply Chain Planners) to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, focusing on the
