Key Leadership Responsibilities u2022 Lead back of house Team Service Dining operations during events and daily service u2022 Set the tone for a respectful, energetic, and collaborative dining room environment u2022 Serve as a visible resource for team service members and support teams u2022 Model hospitality, kindness, and engagement in every employee interaction Operational Oversight u2022 Manage culinary flow, replinishment, and overall dining room beverages and condiments u2022 Partner with culinary supervisors and clubs teams to support smooth service execution u2022 Maintain daily and weekly operational checklists u2022 Monitor inventory levels for food, supplies, and cleaning materials Employee Support and Accountability u2022 Coach, inform, and redirect employees respectfully to ensure work rule compliance u2022 Document performance and work rule issues by date, time, and employee name u2022 De-escalate issues to support dining room and culinary teams u2022 Escalate unresolved issues immediately to management using radio communication Safety, Sanitation, and Facilities u2022 Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and food safety standards u2022 Perform start-of-shift and end-of-shift cleaning and maintenance tasks u2022 Report and follow up on maintenance, safety, and food quality concerns u2022 Maintain clean floors, equipment, service areas, carts, and dining furniture Additional Responsibilities u2022 Support setup and replenishment of self-service stations, beverages, condiments, and ice u2022 Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety for self and others Qualifications u2022 Minimum 1 year culinary experience u2022 Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook u2022 Ability to lift and move up to 25 pound Apply to Levy today _Levy is a member of Compass Group USA_ Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story ( Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
