Job Summary (Purpose and Function): Full -time faculty member in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. This individual will provide clinical Neuro psychological services that may include mental health screenings and psychological assessments . Accountabilities: + Administer tests for intelligence, memory, attention, language, and sensorimotor functions. + Evaluate disorders like dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, stroke, brain tumors, and ADHD + Develop cognitive rehabilitation plans and, in some cases, provide psychotherapy. + Prepare detailed, evidence-based reports to guide medical treatment. + Collaborate with neurologists, neurosurgeons, and other medical staff. + Provide supervision for post-doctoral psychology fellows + Attend multidisciplinary team meetings + Identify patients requiring psychiatric evaluation This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities, as necessary.
