Who Weu2019re Looking For Weu2019re seeking experienced multi-unit retail leadersu2014ideally with a background in wireless, cable, or consumer electronicsu2014who are passionate about developing teams, driving operational excellence, and exceeding sales goals. As a Retail District Manager, youu2019ll act as the primary liaison between corporate leadership and the fieldu2014ensuring all store locations are operationally ready, performance-driven, and aligned with company goals and brand standards. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy u00b7 Oversee the sales and operational performance of multiple retail locations within an assigned district. u00b7 Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue, increase market share, and improve customer satisfaction. u00b7 Analyze KPIs and performance reports to identify opportunities, close performance gaps, and drive consistent results. Team Development & Coaching u00b7 Recruit, train, and develop Store Managers and sales teams to build a high-performing, customer-centric culture. u00b7 Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development to improve team performance and career growth. u00b7 Partner with internal teams to deliver effective sales enablement, product training, and leadership development programs. Operational Excellence u00b7 Ensure all locations follow company policies and procedures including cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising standards. u00b7 Conduct regular market and store visits to monitor operational readiness, customer experience, and brand compliance. u00b7 Serve as the main point of contact between field teams and corporate departments to ensure alignment on business priorities and initiatives. Customer Experience u00b7 Promote a customer-first mindset and ensure high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) across all stores. u00b7 Champion consistent customer experience by leading with best practices and ensuring issue resolution processes are followed. Qualifications u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree in business or related field (or equivalent professional experience). u00b7 5+ years of experience in multi-unit retail management, preferably in wireless, cable, or consumer electronics. u00b7 Proven success in driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams. u00b7 Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. u00b7 Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/analytics tools. u00b7 Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. u00b7 Willingness to travel throughout the market; valid driveru2019s license required if operating company or fleet vehicles.
