This team focuses on a simple, easy to use cloud-based builder that enables people to create powerful applications. About the Role: This is a part time temporary role. The Facilities Coordinator supports daily office operations, cleanliness, meeting readiness, and package management to ensure a smooth onsite experience for employees and visitors. This role is required to be in office 4 days of the week, Monday - Thursday 8:30AM-2PM. Daily Responsibilities include: + Restocking amenities + Daily inventory + Collecting and distributing packages + Light cleaning of interior spaces including but not limited to kitchen areas, interior glass, workstations and common areas + Set up furniture and equipment for onsite meetings. May include moving tables, chairs, rolling TVs, whiteboards etc. + Maintain the furniture layout and distribution as designated by the office floorplan. + Trash collection, breaking down recycling cardboard boxes. + Responding to the doorbell as needed. + Ad hoc coverage of reception desk as needed. Expectations for this Role: + Maintain visibility and responsiveness during peak hours. + Prioritize visitor experience and workspace cleanliness. + Communicate proactively if supplies are low or issues arise. + Escalate facilities or maintenance concerns promptly. + Must be able to regularly lift up to 40lb
