Position Summary... Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Entertainment Next Gen u2013 In-Store Experience program. This role will define and execute the strategy to modernize and elevate the in-store entertainment experience across gaming, streaming, consumer electronics, computing, audio, and emerging digital ecosystems. This leader will translate entertainment trends into scalable in-store concepts that drive traffic, engagement, and incremental revenue while strengthening Walmartu2019s position as the destination for entertainment discovery. What you'll do... + Own the strategic roadmap for next-generation entertainment in-store initiatives. + Develop and pilot innovative merchandising concepts, interactive experiences, and cross-category activations. + Lead high-impact launches and exclusive programs with key entertainment and gaming partners. + Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Store Operations, Marketing, Real Estate, and Finance partners, and Fixture Suppliers. + Scale successful pilots across regions and divisions. What Youu2019ll Bring + 8+ years of experience in retail merchandising, category management, or in-store innovation. + Strong business acumen with demonstrated ownership of Project Management. + Experience managing new initiatives and launching across store initiatives. + Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a complex retail environment. + Strategic mindset with operational execution capability.
