Do you thrive in the field, solving problems, and supporting customers with high service standards? We are seeking a Field Service Technician III to join our service team. Youu2019ll be responsible for on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of copiers, printers, and multi-function imaging devices (MFPs) at client locations u2014 often in a fast-paced, 24/7 customer-driven setting where responsiveness and reliability are key. Responsibilities: Weu2019re searching for a true go-getter to: + Perform routine maintenance and break/fix repair of digital imaging equipment (copiers, printers, MFPs). + Respond quickly and professionally to customer service calls in the field. + Maintain accurate service logs and reports, including Field Service Reports and Expense Reports. + Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to your manager with proper documentation. + Ensure all assigned equipment meets operational performance standards. + Represent in a customer-facing role with professionalism and excellent communication skills. + Adhere to customer-specific site protocols, which may include COVID-19 or other safety measures. + Deliver exceptional service and support in a 24/7 customer-driven environment where uptime matters. Qualifications: Please note: this is a customer-facing role, and requires compliance with customer policies and protocols, which may include COVID-19 vaccination and other measures relating to COVID-19.u00a0 Weu2019re looking for a dedicated individual with: + Typically requires general and/or vocational training plus 2 to 4 years of related experience. + An Associateu2019s degree in electronics or electrical engineering capacity from an accredited college or technical school or equivalent experience. + Direct experience working as a field technician. + The capacity to meet or exceed the minimum performance standards for productive technical quality and customer satisfaction for assigned territory. + The ability to travel (valid driveru2019s license and acceptable driving record necessary). + Capable of excelling in a 24/7 environment, while performing shift work and on-call rotations. + Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customersu2019 premises. + Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling).
