Job Description Manifest tech prepares paperwork for orders to deliver to dispensaries or manufacturing facilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Scans and inputs data relevant to products to reflect on transport manifests for each invoice. * Edits changing manifests due to route, driver, or delivery changes. * Coordinates with vault team to notify of issues relating to labels, tag accuracy, and compliance issues. * Maintains inventory accuracy during manifest process, utilizing Metrc and Leaflink. * Expected to participate in small to medium special projects and tasks both individually and in support of a small team. * Places all products physically for each dispensary within our shipping/staging area to prepare for packing. * Keeps all products organized and separated for each dispensary and the delivery team to accurately load on to the delivery vans. * Communicates to manager of any potential compliance issues before an order is manifested. * Assists with continuous improvement activities and projects assigned by manager. * Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications * Must be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check. * Must be able to communicate with GDF Team effectively and professionally. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high stress situations. * Self-Motivated * Ability to multitask. * Excellent organizational skills * Ability to stay focused. * Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Must be a team player with a can do attitude. * Available to work weekends and holidays as needed. * Reliable transportation Education and Experience Requirements * High School Diploma or equivalent * Computer experience preferred. * Inventory/Warehouse/Distribution experience (preferred but not required) Physical Requirements * Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. * The ability to respond quickly to sounds. * Analytical mind with strong math skills * The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day. * The ability to sit or stand for up to 12 hours at a time. * The ability to work in bright/hot/humid conditions. * The ability to work in low light situations. * Lifting, standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, push/pull, repetitive use of hands, grasping use of hands, visual activity * Exposure to limited hazardous chemicals At Good Day Farm, we are committed to building a diverse team and an inclusive environment for all.
