Job Title - D365 CE/CRM Administrator (Techno - functional) - Remote or Hybrid - USA basedJob Overview We are seeking a skilled CRM Administrator to join a fast-growing Professional Employer Organization (PEO) supporting small and mid-sized businesses across the United States. This role will focus on managing, configuring, and optimising a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CRM system to support business operations, improve data quality, and enhance user experience across the organisation.You will work closely with leadership and stakeholders to ensure the CRM platform aligns with business needs and supports ongoing digital transformation initiatives.ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse, and document CRM system requirementsConfigure and customise CRM functionality to support business processes and data integrityMaintain data quality, system integrations, migrations, and API connectivityPerform ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimisationSupport and train end users to improve CRM adoption across the businessDevelop enhancements through configuration and C# plugin development where requiredWork with external vendors to resolve complex technical issuesCollaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve CRM usage and workflowsExperience4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE)Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and system connectivityStrong understanding of CRM systems from both a technical and functional perspectiveExperience with C# and plugin developmentProven stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working with external vendors and third-party systemsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)CompTIA A certification desirableSalary/PackageCompetitive base salaryQuarterly bonusesCompany-paid medical, life insurance, short Ÿ long-term disability401(k) with 4% employer match (immediately vested)Generous PTO and paid holidaysAdditional voluntary benefits availableLocation Florida, Tampa (Remote flexibility available; ideally based near North Port)How to Apply Apply with your CV to be considered for this position.
