This position works collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders to respond to solicitations, rubrics, and other items. This position is a subject matter expert in the development of proposals, as well as the solutions offered across company products and services. Position Information: This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the Senior Bids pensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $65,972.00 and $75,000.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.Benefits: Imagine Learning provides a comprehensive benefits program to eligible employees, including:Multiple health, dental, and vision plans, including medical plans with zero employee premiums 401k plan with a company match16 paid holidays, which include 2 floating holidays and a winter shutdown from Christmas Eve through New Year’s DayPaid Time Off Comprehensive maternity and fertility/family building benefitsPaid bonding leave when a new child joins your familyAccess to on-demand mental health resourcesLife and short and long-term disability insurancePre-tax savings plansPaid volunteer time offA wide variety of professional development programs, including tuition reimbursement Work from home opportunities that foster work/life balanceEnvision Your this role you’ll have the opportunity to:Responsible for development of written responses to a variety of RFPs, RFIs,rubricsandadditionalresponse documentation.Coordinate proposal development activities in collaboration with the Bids and other department teams.Oversee assigned proposal activities, including managing proposal schedules and deadlines, andmonitoringthe progress of the proposal.AnalyzeRFP/bid requirements against theproposal outlineto ensure compliant response structure and format.Develop required custom templates and/or formats.Layout proposal across volumes (format, font, consistency) andcreatesactual volumes (electronic, paper form).Conduct regular proposal progress status meetings and maintain the proposal schedule.Facilitate and coordinate proposal team communications.Monitor graphics workflows to ensure compliance with RFP and template requirements, and proper placement of graphics.Build the proposal compliance matrix andtrack the fulfillment of all requirements.Coordinate proposal reviews and prepare all proposal materials for the reviews.Prepare detailed delivery plans and checklists and coordinates final printing, electronic copy, assembly, and shipping.Providehigh leveltechnical solutions and marketing responses to customer-initiated requests. Interface with product marketing, engineering, operations, and various groups within the organization to produce customer ready proposals including formatting,graphics,and presentations. Manage a wide range of long- and short-term projects of medium-to-high complexity, which is important to the sales and marketing goals of the company.Maintain a working knowledge ofcompanyofferings including software and services. Other duties asrequired.Share Your Expertise.Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:Bachelor’s degree in English,Education, or related fieldand at least 5 years ofexperience in the education industry preferably middle school/high school and/or related experience working with other vendors who providesimilar productsand services; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.Proven experiencemanaginglarge projects involving multiple internal and external departments whichcontainongoing requirements to ensure award/compliance and success. Understanding ofeducation and instructional theory for middle and high school programs. Familiarity with online or virtual education programs. Ability toutilizehigher order thinking skills to customize response to positionappropriatelythe model,strategy,and/or subject area. Providecompetitivepositioning strategy to produce a winning proposal. Ability to work quickly and under a timeline to meet deadlines with complete,appropriate,and strategic response. Highly motivated with extensive and excellent verbal and written communication,presentation,andproblem-solvingskills. Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demandingtimeframes. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-qualityresults-driven,team-orientedenvironment. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF Professional, Snag-It, PowerPoint,Outlook,and other desktop tools. Working knowledge of NetSuite preferred.
