Employment Type:Full timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:Diagnostic Imaging SupervisorUnder the direction of the Regional Director of Diagnostic Imaging Services, and the Ministry Director, and/or the Manager of Imaging, the Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor provides administrative, operational, and technical leadership for assigned imaging modality(ies). This role oversees clinical operations, business services, staff development, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning across one or multiple sites, ensuring high‑quality, cost‑effective imaging services aligned with hospital and departmental goals.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and operational leadership for assigned imaging modality(ies), including clerical and business operationsExercise independent judgment in personnel, operational, and budgetary mattersMonitor and manage capital and operating expenses to remain within budgetParticipate in short‑ and long‑term strategic planning, including implementation of new imaging technologiesEnsure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards (Joint Commission, State/Federal agencies, MQSA, OSHA, ACR, DEP)Oversee regional processes, workflows, accreditation activities, and quality initiativesProvide indirect regional leadership to modality leads across assigned ministries or sitesAssume Department Head responsibilities in the absence of the Manager or DirectorEnsure staff orientation, training, competency validation, and professional developmentSupport departmental and interdepartmental collaboration through effective communicationProvide after‑hours leadership coverage for emergent operational issuesLead special projects as assignedPerform other duties as requiredRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or Business Administration (MBA preferred)3-5 years of experience in Radiology leadership (Supervisor or Manager level)Current ARRT and/or ARDMS certificationStrong knowledge of diagnostic imaging operations, workflows, and imaging modalitiesExperience with Radiology Information Systems (RIS), PACS, image acquisition, storage, and networkingTrinity Health Of New England is an integrated health care delivery system comprised of world-class providers and facilities dedicated to the full spectrum of preventive, acute, and post-acute care, all delivered with the triple aimof better health, better care, and lower costs for our patient New England, our hospitals, walk-in clinics, medical offices, specialized facilities, affiliated institutions, and foundations serve a population of nearly 3 million people.Our Commitment Rooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings.
