Manages, coordinates and directs all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures. Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new wellness applicants. Responsible for the management of timecards, scheduling, and approving paid time off for wellness staff ensuring adequate coverage for department and resident needs. Participate in manager-on-duty rotation with other department leads. Collaborates with Assistant Wellness Director in on-call rotation to ensure adequate on-call coverage. Establishes working relationship with health care professionals in the community to include interactions with the Residents’ health care providers. Manages, coordinates, and directs all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures. Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: Licensed or Registered Nurse with a minimum of at least three to five years in RCFE licensed communities. Minimum intermediate knowledge of Title regulations. RCFE administrator license preferred but not required. A minimum of two to four years of supervisory experience required.
