About Community Wellness Concierge Community Wellness Concierge is South Florida’s premier wellness management company serving luxury residential communities. We provide world-class fitness, wellness, and lifestyle programming to residents through personal training, group fitness, recovery services, nutrition coaching, and more. Our mission is simple: create exceptional wellness experiences for residents while building strong relationships with the communities we serve. We are currently expanding and looking for motivated, professional Personal Trainers to join our team. Trainer Compensation Tiers We offer three levels of trainers based on experience, certifications, and expertise: Tier 1 Trainer $50 per session Ideal for newer trainers with foundational certifications and a passion for helping clients improve their health and fitness. Tier 2 Trainer $60 per session For experienced trainers with multiple certifications and a strong track record of working with diverse client populations. Tier 3 Trainer $75 per session For highly experienced trainers with advanced certifications, specialized expertise, and the ability to work with higher level clientele. Tier placement is determined based on experience, certifications, and professional background. What You’ll Be Doing • Provide one-on-one personal training sessions to residents in luxury residential communities • Conduct fitness assessments and consultations • Design customized training programs based on client goals and abilities • Work with a wide range of clients including active adults, seniors, and recreational athletes • Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level fitness experience • Represent Community Wellness Concierge with professionalism and enthusiasm Ideal Candidate We are looking for trainers who are: • Professional and reliable • Excellent communicators with strong people skills • Passionate about helping others improve their health • Comfortable working with a wide range of ages and fitness levels • Self-motivated and able to build strong client relationships Requirements • Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, NSCA, ACE, ACSM, etc.) • CPR/AED Certification • Liability insurance (or ability to obtain) • Previous training experience preferred • Positive attitude and strong work ethic Why Work With Us • Work in beautiful luxury residential communities • High quality clientele who value professional coaching • Flexible scheduling • Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding wellness company • Be part of a team focused on excellence and professionalism
