This role is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional (0-3 years), looking to gain hands-on experience and grow within a supportive, fast-paced environment.Civil Site Engineer Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 0-3 years of civil site, geotechnical, or environmental engineering experience (internship or construction background preferred).Ability to interpret and apply technical plans, specifications, reports, and regulatory requirements.Experience or familiarity with site work inspections (fills, foundations, utilities, asphalt, concrete, retaining walls, etc).Proficiency or working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and related engineering software.Certifications such as EIT, OSHA HAZWOPER, ACI, or NICET preferred; must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply concepts to practical engineering solutions.Work Environment: This position involves both office and fieldwork, with a significant portion outdoors in varying weather and site conditions. Proper safety gear and field readiness are required.
