This is not a passive processing role. You’ll take full ownership of each loan file, ensuring every deal moves from application to Clear-to-Close (CTC) with speed, accuracy, and exceptional client service.If you’re someone who takes pride in clean underwriting submissions, organized systems, and getting loans across the finish line on time, this role puts you at the center of the action. You’ll play a revenue-critical role in keeping deals moving, protecting partner relationships, and helping the company scale.This position is based in Miami and reports directly to the CEO.What You’ll DoDrive Loans to Clear-to-CloseTake full ownership of loan files from application through CTCSubmit complete, compliant files to underwriting within 24 hoursClear underwriting conditions within 48-72 hoursAnticipate and resolve potential underwriting issues before submissionDeliver predictable 20-day (or faster) application-to-CTC timelinesManage the Loan PipelineTrack and manage 15-25+ active loan files simultaneouslyReverse-engineer contract dates into actionable internal timelinesMonitor milestones daily and intervene early to prevent delaysEscalate risks proactively with solutionsDelivering an Exceptional Client ExperienceAct as the communication hub for borrowers, realtors, and partnersProvide proactive milestone updates and manage expectationsRespond to client and partner inquiries on the same business day (goal: under 2 hours)Maintain a calm, professional presence during underwriting challengesMaintain Operational ExcellenceKeep LOS and CRM systems meticulously updatedCoordinate third-party vendors (appraisals, title, insurance, VOE/VOD, etc.)Structure files cleanly for efficient underwriting reviewIdentify opportunities to improve workflows and processing efficiencyWhat Success Looks LikeTop performers in this role will consistently achieve:20 days or less average application-to-CTC timeline90%+ files submitted to underwriting within 48 hoursUnder 5% underwriting kickback rate95-100% on-time closingsZero compliance errorsSame-day borrower and partner response timesWhat You BringExperience & Technical SkillsExperience processing Conventional, FHA, and VA loansStrong understanding of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA guidelinesWorking knowledge of TRID, RESPA, and compliance requirementsExperience using a Loan Origination System (LOS) and CRM toolsStrong income calculation skills (W-2, commission, self-employed, rental income)Ability to manage multiple files and strict deadlines simultaneouslyProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)Professional StrengthsHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsClear, professional communication with clients and partnersAbility to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environmentResults-oriented mindset focused on speed, accuracy, and executionBonus SkillsBilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.Why Join Empire Finest GroupAt Empire Finest Group, we pride ourselves on delivering trust, clarity, speed, and the finest service to every client and partner.
