Employment Type: Full-Time | Executive LeadershipLead the Future of a Growing Title AgencyWe are seeking a strategic and growth-driven Vice President of Title Agency to lead and scale our title operations while strengthening our presence in the real estate and lending community.This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing agency operations, building strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing title team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned title professional and business leader who understands the operational, financial, and compliance side of the title industry—and thrives on building relationships that drive deal flow.If you’re passionate about building teams, growing business, and shaping strategy, we want to hear from you.What You’ll DoStrategic Leadership & GrowthPartner with executive leadership to identify and execute strategic growth opportunitiesDevelop and lead the long-term strategy and expansion of the title agencyBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities and partnershipsBusiness Development & Industry RelationshipsCultivate relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, brokers, and financial institutionsServe as a senior representative of the agency within the real estate and lending communitiesStrengthen partnerships with title insurance underwriters and industry stakeholdersOperational OversightOversee title production, closing operations, and agency support functionsImplement operational strategies that drive efficiency, scalability, and service excellenceLead enterprise risk management practices related to title examination, escrow operations, and transaction qualityCompliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with state and federal regulations, underwriter guidelines, and internal policiesMaintain a strong culture of accountability, governance, and audit readinessFinancial & Performance ManagementDirect the financial performance of the agency, including revenue growth, profitability, and expense managementAnalyze operational and financial data to inform strategic decision-makingTeam LeadershipRecruit, develop, and lead a high-performing title teamProvide coaching, performance management, and professional developmentFoster a collaborative culture focused on excellence and growthWhat We’re Looking For✔ Strong leadership experience managing end-to-end title operations✔ Deep knowledge of title transactions, underwriting standards, and escrow processes✔ Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and generate deal flow✔ Experience driving operational efficiency and business growth✔ Strong analytical and decision-making skills with advanced Excel/data analysis capabilities✔ Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred10+ years of experience in the title industry3+ years in senior leadership or upper managementWhy This Role Is Exciting✨ Opportunity to shape the strategy and growth of a title agency✨ Build and lead a high-performing team✨ Work closely with executive leadership on major business initiatives✨ Make a meaningful impact within the real estate and lending community
