This individualmust have the desire to perform quality work safely, be detail-oriented, and have superior customer focus. This individual must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.Sign-On and Relocation Bonus AvailableThis position is eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus; 50% paid after 30 days and 50% paid after 6 months of employment.In addition, candidates relocating from more than 50 miles from Louisville, CO facility are eligible for a $5,000 relocation bonus to help cover moving expenses. Employees must remain employed for 12 months to retain the relocation bonus.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assemble metal building structures on our welded skids using various tools and equipment according to job specifications.Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints and other written instructions and/or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products.Possess an immense amount of attention to detailThe ability to follow training and company proceduresAssemble prefabricated parts to be used in the fabrication of our product.Install siding.Operate a forklift within the safety procedures and policies prescribedPrep weld fittingsParticipate in shop cleanup and keep your area clean during working hours.Must comply with Roeslein & Servtech’s core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and the commitment to maintain respectful relationships with all employees.High energy, ambitious, and results-oriented; commitment to a culture of performance and excellence is required.Must have the ability to meet deadlines while working safely to ensure a quality product.Other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE / SKILL / ABILITY / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required0-2 years of manufacturing or construction experience is preferred, but not requiredGood motor vehicle record is requiredAbility to use Microsoft Office programs specifically Excel.Must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment.Ability to read blueprints, ISO’s, and other technical documents is preferredMust be able to read a tape measureMust be able to perform job responsibilities at heightsHigh mechanical aptitude requiredWORK ENVIRONMENT:Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with an uncontrolled atmosphere. Exposure to harsh conditions—such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures—for short periods is possible. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. regularly is required. Must be able to stand/walk 90% of the time and sit 10% of the time. Requires the ability to work from heights while utilizing the appropriate PPE for each situation.Salary Range: Starting from USD $21.25/Hr.
