Interns will gain hands-on exposure to CRM implementation, and client engagement while developing foundational consulting skills.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the analysis, design, selection, and implementation of CRM software systemsCollaborate with consultants to develop CRM strategy roadmaps for clientsAssist in business analysis and project management across a variety of industriesSupport configuration, testing, and deployment of CRM solutionsShadow and contribute to client meetings, demos, and feedback sessionsEngage in collaborative projects, including sandbox environments and demo buildsLearn and apply Lean principles and structured problem-solving techniquesParticipate in internship capstone projects and feedback loops to enhance program impactQualifications:Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related field of studyAbove average class performance as demonstrated by college GPA; Preferred 3.0 GPA or higherSuperior written and verbal communication skillsStrong propensity for innovative thinking balanced with the disciplined rigor for following proven methodologiesDemonstrated leadership and team-building abilitiesAbility to build and foster professional business relationshipsDesire to help companies maximize value by leveraging technology and process improvementMust be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire.
