What You'll Do: + Prepare, position, and assemble cabinetry parts according to order specifications. + Support the CARE values of our organization every day. + Commit to producing high-quality products our customers love. + Assemble base and wall cabinets following rigorous production standards. + Efficiently build cabinets using pre-kitted carts to streamline your workflow. + Attach parts using glue, dowels, nails, screws, and/or clamps to craft completed units. + Maintain the highest levels of precision and craftsmanship throughout each project. + Meet production schedules and daily output goalsu2014your work keeps us moving + Take on additional duties as assignedu2014youu2019ll always be learning something new. What Weu2019re Looking For: + Experience in woodworking or carpentry preferred. + Comfortable with woodworking tools, measuring devices (tape measures, straight rules, levels), and able to perform basic math. + Skillful at choosing and using proper tools for every job. + Able to routinely lift heavy materials (50+ lbs.) and stand for long periods. + Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality. Work Environment & Physical Requirements: + Youu2019ll be active throughout your shiftu2014standing, walking, stooping, and lifting inside and outside air-conditioned spaces. + Adherence to all safety protocols is a mustu2014in safety glasses, ear plugs, and safety shoes at all times. Additional personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided as required.
