Program Manager, News Operations

Job Description We are seeking a Program Manager who will support key operations across technology and operations. Key responsibilities include developing and managing program charters, schedules, resource plans, and budgets, participating in program intake and prioritization discussions and gathering high-level requirements, and working closely with stakeholders to document project scope, dependencies, and kickoff activities. Additionally, this Program Manager will manage multiple programs simultaneously and ensure objectives and deliverables are met. This involves overseeing cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes while optimizing scope, timeline, and resources, providing program-level status updates and reporting to sponsors and stakeholders, and supporting program governance and ensuring projects stay aligned with strategic goals.
