Dock & Warehouse Coordinator

Job Title: Dock & Warehouse CoordinatorLocation: Elizabeth, NJPay Rate: $20 - $23/hour (based on experience) Position Overview:A growing logistics operation in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dock & Warehouse Coordinator to support daily shipping, receiving, and clerical operations. This is a hands-on role that blends warehouse work with administrative responsibilities, ideal for someone comfortable working both on the dock and in an office setting. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily dock operations including loading, unloading, and organizing freight Separate and stage freight for pickup and delivery Operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification preferred) Print shipping labels and delivery paperwork (DLs) Assist with scheduling and preparing shipments for outbound delivery Handle email communication with internal teams and customers Perform general clerical and office duties related to shipping and logistics Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory movements Ensure dock and warehouse areas remain clean and organized Qualifications: Prior experience in warehouse, dock, or logistics operations Forklift experience required (certification a plus) Comfortable with basic computer tasks (email, printing documents, data entry) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and a team player Work Environment: Combination of warehouse/dock and office setting Active role requiring standing, lifting, and moving throughout the shift Why Apply?
