Adecco Healthcare & Life Science is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist in Richmond, Kentucky This role is in person/onsite. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration. Type: Three-month contract, opportunity for extension or full-time offer Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm u2013 no weekends Pay: $55.00 to $59.00 an hour Coverage Areas: Boyle, Garrand and Madison County Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist: u2022 Evaluates the patient's functional status and physical therapy needs. u2022 Assists the physician in the development of the therapy plan of care u2022 Provides services within the scope of practice as defined by the state laws governing the practice of physical therapy, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care team u2022 Observes and reports on the patient's response to treatment and any changes in his/her condition to the supervising nurse and/or the physician u2022 Treats patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and/or maintain maximum functioning using acceptable standards of practice u2022 Instructs and informs participating members of the health care team, the patient, and the family/caregivers regarding the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress toward goals u2022 Visits patients according to Plan of Treatment, completes a progress note for each visit, and submits progress notes u2022 Completes all patient evaluations and develops the PT plan of care within state specific guidelines u2022 Reports outcomes of evaluation, goals, and anticipated projected frequency of care Qualifications of the Physical Therapist: u00b7 Physical Therapy license in Kentucky u00b7 CPR Certification Why work for Adecco? u00b7 Weekly Pay u00b7 401(k) Plan u00b7 Skills Training u00b7 Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
