You will have the opportunity to work on highu2011growth categories, lead meaningful initiatives, and gain exposure to senior leadership, all while helping shape the future of our Crema and Cheese business in the U.S. JOB PURPOSE (SUMMARY) The Senior Associate Brand Manager is a key contributor to the LALA U.S. Marketing team, responsible for driving key initiatives across the Crema and Cheese portfolio. This role operates as a mini Brand Manager with ownership of highu2011impact workstreams and regular exposure to senior leadership. This role partners closely with the Marketing Director to develop and execute brand strategies grounded in consumer, customer, and market insights. The Sr. Associate Brand Manager leads critical workstreams across innovation, marketing execution, and business analysis, helping deliver against volume, share, and profitability goals. This is a highu2011visibility development role with significant exposure to crossu2011functional leadership and senior management. The ideal candidate combines strong CPG marketing fundamentals with a handsu2011on, entrepreneurial mindset and a solid understanding of the U.S. Hispanic consumer. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Brand & Business Management u2022 Lead key components of the annual brand plan, including analysis, initiative development, and execution with accountability for results against defined KPIs u2022 Analyze brand and portfolio performance to identify risks and growth opportunities u2022 Support portfolio strategy development, including innovation, renovation, and whiteu2011space identification u2022 Partner with Sales and Finance to support pricing, promotion, and performance tracking Innovation & Pipeline Execution u2022 Lead marketing execution of innovation projects from concept through commercialization, including consumer targeting, positioning, and launch readiness u2022 Support stageu2011gate process, including coordination of crossu2011functional teams and timelines u2022 Partner with R&D, Operations, and Sales to ensure product readiness and successful launches Consumer, Category & Insights u2022 Analyze consumer, shopper, and syndicated data to generate actionable insights u2022 Monitor category trends and competitive activity u2022 Support segmentation work and identify opportunities by consumer and channel Marketing & Communication u2022 Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels u2022 Brief and manage agency partners to deliver strong, insightu2011based creative u2022 Track brand health metrics (awareness, penetration, consideration) and campaign performance Customer & Commercial Execution u2022 Partner with Sales and Shopper Marketing to support inu2011store executions and activations u2022 Contribute to development of compelling, insightu2011based selling stories u2022 Help ensure alignment between brand strategies and customer/channel priorities Crossu2011Functional Collaboration u2022 Coordinate across Marketing, Sales, R&D, Finance, and Operations to deliver key brand initiatives u2022 Manage timelines, deliverables, and followu2011ups to ensure executional excellence EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS u2022 4u20136 years of experience in CPG marketing or related roles u2022 Experience in brand management, innovation, or commercialization strongly preferred u2022 Exposure to crossu2011functional project leadership u2022 Familiarity with the U.S. Hispanic market strongly preferred u2022 Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES u2022 Strong analytical and problemu2011solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights u2022 Strong project management and organizational skills u2022 Ability to influence crossu2011functional partners without formal authority u2022 High attention to detail and strong followu2011through u2022 Proactive, handsu2011on mindset with a bias for action EDUCATION u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree required u2022 MBA preferred WORKING CONDITIONS u2022 Hybrid role based in Dallas, TX (Tuesdayu2013Wednesdayu2013Thursday in office) u2022 Regular office environment; ability to lift up to 10 pounds u2022 Travel 10u201315% of the time based on business needs
