Bookkeeper

Description Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: + Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes + Enter and maintain accurate financial records and transactions + Reconcile bank and credit card statements + Support month-end and year-end closing activities + Maintain organized financial files and documentation + Assist with invoicing, billing, and collections follow-up + Prepare basic financial reports as needed + Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding discrepancies Requirements u2022 Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management. u2022 Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software. u2022 Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. u2022 Familiarity with bank reconciliation procedures. u2022 Ability to accurately record and maintain journal entries. u2022 Eagerness to learn property management software with provided training. u2022 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. u2022 Ability to start immediately and adapt quickly to new workflows.
