JOB SUMMARYRemove and replace or reflow ball-grid array components (BGAu2019s), as production line repair.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESu00b7 Support manufacturing in the removal, replacement, and reflow of BGA components.u00b7 Visually analyze x-ray to determine circuit shorts or insufficient solder.u00b7 Ensure quality (work meets or exceed Jabil workmanship Standards) and improve efficiency through the use of the CIQ system.u00b7 Fill out daily logs and other paperwork as required.u00b7 Ensure assemblies are properly handled and marked.u00b7 All repairs will follow Jabilu2019s repair techniques.u00b7 Ensure that assigned area is clean and organized.u00b7 Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.u00b7 Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.u00b7 May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.JOB QUALIFICATIONSKNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTSu00b7 Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.u00b7 Ability to write simple correspondence.u00b7 Read and understand visual aid.u00b7 Must be able to calculate quantity of parts to be prepped and ready for use at any time.u00b7 Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.u00b7 Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.u00b7 Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
