This role will help Priority Cohort leaders and other workstream owners deliver against commitments by establishing a consistent project framework and providing reliable, leadership-ready reporting.u00b7 This contractor will establish and run an intake and triage process for GSA initiatives; implement standard planning and governance artifacts; maintain an integrated view of the portfolio (milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks/issues); and provide hands-on program/project management support for Priority Cohort leaders and other key efforts.u00b7 The contractor will use modern productivity and analysis tools (including Copilot Analyst where appropriate) to accelerate status consolidation, trend identification, and executive narrative generation---while ensuring reporting is validated, consistent, and decision-ready.u00b7 This role will partner closely across the AI Business Solutions Customer Success Team, working with Unified Success, Business Strategy and Global Solution Architect teams to drive operational outcomes. It will also work with key partner organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Intake, Triage & Prioritizationu00b7 Design and operationalize the end-to-end intake process for Priority Cohort and other GSA initiative requests (channels, required information, routing, and status visibility).u00b7 Facilitate triage with leaders and stakeholders: prioritize work, clarify outcomes and scope, confirm owners, and maintain a transparent portfolio backlog.u00b7 Publish portfolio-level intake and throughput reporting (new requests, aging, capacity signals) and recommend operating model improvements.Project Framework, Planning & Governanceu00b7 Establish standard project artifacts (charter, success criteria, deliverables, milestones, RACI, comms plan) and coach project leaders on consistent usage.u00b7 Build and maintain integrated plans/work-backs for Priority Cohorts and other initiatives, track milestones, dependencies, and critical path items.u00b7 Facilitate governance forums and reviews: drive action/decision capture, manage change control (scope/timeline), and ensure follow-through to closure.Portfolio Reporting, Executive Narratives & Communicationsu00b7 Produce weekly/monthly portfolio and Priority Cohort status reporting (progress vs plan, health, key deliverables) with consistent definitions and templates.u00b7 Maintain RAID and dependency views; highlight trends, emerging risks, and cross-team blockers with recommended mitigations and asks.u00b7 Own work-backs for recurring executive communications: collect inputs, drive review checkpoints, and publish leadership-ready narratives and scorecards.u00b7 Support planning motions (FY planning and in-year) by consolida
