This role requires technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.u00a0Job Responsibilities:u00a0Execute the setup, programming, assessment, and handover of radio network solutions for Motorola Solutions, encompassing infrastructure such as trunking systems, repeaters, and handheld units.u00a0Manage the post-sale deployment and integration of digital voice and data communication networks.u00a0Identify technical malfunctions, perform complex equipment repairs, and conduct scheduled maintenance both remotely and at customer sites.u00a0Deliver expert technical guidance and training to clients to facilitate effective operation of deployed systems.u00a0Maintain precise and prompt records of all service operations, including system upgrades, maintenance checks, and repairs.u00a0Liaise with engineering, sales, and project management units to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and project success.u00a0Follow corporate guidelines and rigorous safety standards during all field engineering tasks.u00a0Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed of emerging technologies and industry standards.u00a0Oversee the inventory of specialized tools and components necessary for field assignments.u00a0Participate in an on-call schedule to provide around-the-clock support for essential communication infrastructure.u00a0Offer specialized technical support for complex applications, including software-based electronics troubleshooting and the optimization of RF and Broadband architectures like digital P25 systems.u00a0Serve as the Lead Federal Field Engineer for major system initiatives, coordinating team efforts and providing mentorship to junior engineering staff.u00a0Perform precise system tuning, programming, and performance testing while finalizing all project documentation.u00a0Collaborate with technical support and product teams to analyze and resolve system defects during the deployment and maintenance phases.u00a0Generate weekly status reports detailing field activities and project milestones.u00a0Utilize trend analysis to conduct preventive maintenance routines that nsure continued system reliability.u00a0Engineer solutions for complex technical hurdles identified during system support or hardware upgrades.u00a0Job Qualifications:u00a0Academic background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field (Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred).u00a0At least 2 years of professional experience in radio communication systems or similar electronic equipment maintenance and installation.u00a0Comprehensive grasp of RF principles, network protocols, and two-way radio systems including P25, DMR, and TETRA.u00a0Competence with multimeters, service monitors, spectrum analyzers, and other standard test equipment.u00a0Advanced analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a focus on methodical problem resolution.u00a0Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey technical details to varied audiences.u00a0Effective time management and the ability to operate autonomously in field environments.u00a0Physical ability to handle 50-pound equipment and work in various, sometimes adverse, outdoor settings.u00a0Preferred industry certifications such as Network+, CompTIA A+, ETA, or specific manufacturer training.u00a0Complete familiarity with modern technology and contemporary troubleshooting methodologies.u00a0Expertise in wired systems (LAN/WAN), including the installation and maintenance of cabling, routers, switches, and firewalls.u00a0Capability to maintain and troubleshoot server hardware, operating systems, and software infrastructure.u00a0In-depth knowledge of antenna networks, receivers, and transmitters within R.F. systems.u00a0Knowledge of packet-switching techniques, dedicated data circuits, and standard telephony.u00a0Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) and Google Suite.u00a0High level of self-motivation and the ability to work without direct supervision.u00a0Ability to remain calm and resolve client issues efficiently during high-pressure scenarios.u00a0Superior command of Motorola systems, including SmartNet, Centracom, MCC Console, and ASTRO A7.x Digital platforms.u00a0Proven experience with logging systems, RF interfaces, and diverse networking hardware.u00a0Unique blend of expert multi-site RF system knowledge and advanced computer networking skills.u00a0Network+, Security+, or similar relevant networking certification is highly desirable.u00a0Experience with RF infrastructure, ASTRO systems, LMR, P25, and dispatch consoles.u00a0Professional conduct and excellent communication abilities at all times.u00a0Preference is given to those with experience in RF Infrastructure Technologies such as Motorola SmartZone, ASTRO Conventional, and Trunked systems.u00a0Proficiency with essential test equipment-including T1 Test Sets, Communication System Analyzers, and Digital RF Power Meters-is mandatory.u00a0Qualified candidates should possess high-level technical expertise and a minimum of 6 years of experience with the following:Motorola Base Stations (including GTR series and Quantars), Dispatch Consoles (MCC7500, M
