Description We are looking for motivated Bilingual Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. This contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in the mortgage and financial services industry, working in a dynamic and fast-paced call center environment. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: u2022 Respond to inbound calls from customers with inquiries about mortgage payments, escrow accounts, and loan information. u2022 Make outbound calls to customers to address missed or overdue payments and provide guidance on account resolution. u2022 Deliver accurate and customer-focused assistance, ensuring all questions are addressed promptly and professionally. u2022 Maintain detailed and precise records of all customer interactions in the internal system. u2022 Adhere to company policies and compliance standards while providing consistent and reliable service. u2022 Participate in training sessions and ongoing coaching to enhance skills and stay updated on industry practices. u2022 Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer service experience. Requirements u2022 Previous experience in customer service, such as in a call center, administrative support, or retail environment. u2022 Verbal bilingual Spanish speaking abilities. u2022 Capacity to handle high call volumes while maintaining a detail-oriented approach. u2022 Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday, with occasional half day Saturday shifts once per month. u2022 Interest in learning about the mortgage industry and growing within the organization. u2022 Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to document information accurately. u2022 Familiarity with handling both inbound and outbound calls is a plus.
